"Life is Good" Community Videos
The Community Data Collaborative is working to figure out which qualities of life
matter most to everybody who lives in Sarasota County. One way to find out is through a “Life is Good”
community video campaign.
All of us who live and work in Sarasota County are asked to contribute “Life is Good” videos. This is a chance for each of us to share our perspective on life here in Sarasota County*. These stories can help to clarify which qualities of life matter most, and to whom, which then will help to identify indicators of community well-being to be tracked on an ongoing basis.

Here’s how to the Life is Good Community Video Campaign works:
Think of a moment while living in Sarasota when you thought to yourself "Wow, life is good here in Sarasota County."
Then, using a cell phone camera, your laptop, or another digital camera, video yourself (or get a friend
to video you) telling the story of your “Life is Good moment” in 60 seconds or
less. Introduce yourself by first name, and then include as many details as you can about the moment,
so that people listening to the story can really get a sense of being there.
Go to the SCOPE website to find out how to contribute your story, and it then will be added to the growing "video gallery" of Life is Good stories.
